Use the contact forms to ask about AuditWorks, request consulting support, or ask for an email when webinar registration opens. Please provide only the contact information and brief description needed for that request.

What you send and why

Forms request your name and email address, with optional organization and message fields. Service inquiries include the selected offering. Webinar notification requests include your selected session or series and your agreement to receive its registration update.

Dwayne uses these details to respond to your inquiry or send the webinar registration update you requested. To stop webinar updates or request deletion of your contact information, email dwayne@welthoria.com.

How requests reach Dwayne

Form submissions are processed by FormSubmit and forwarded to dwayne@welthoria.com. FormSubmit states that it retains submissions for 30 days. See its privacy policy and submission documentation for its handling of information.

A request is confirmed on this website only after the submission service returns a successful response. If submission cannot be confirmed, the form keeps your entered details and provides an email alternative. A successful submission is not confirmation of a consulting engagement, software access, or webinar registration.

Keep audit information out of these forms

Do not include confidential audit workpapers, customer or employee records, account details, passwords, regulatory documents, or supporting evidence. These contact forms are for initial requests and do not accept file uploads. Arrangements for organizational information are discussed separately during setup or project scoping.
